Custom HMI for Lighting Control

A major UK lighting design and manufacturing company recently approached Tascomp to develop a HMI user interface and DALI driver for their range of lighting products and luminaires.

DALI is an International Standard lighting control system that enables fixtures, fittings and controllers from different manufacturers to be mixed and matched into a single control system.

This gives users a powerful and flexible digital lighting system with security of supply from many sources. The HMI allows interactive displays of luminaires within a building, showing current status and any faults requiring attention. Displays can be viewed over the internet with secure access from any location.
